Dual Sexual Cultivation Practices with Partners

In our 1st lecture, Uniting Sex & Spirit, we discussed how we come into “partnership” with our Body and our awareness as a Spiritual Being.

In our 2nd lecture, we discussed the Sexual Energy Cultivation trainings practiced by Buddhist and Taoist monks as practices to maintain health and longevity as well as to create an immortal self to continue beyond death.

In this 3rd lecture we will, discuss the highlights and benefits of partnered Sexual Cultivation practices after having first brought into balance ones own sexual energy through the solo practices that were outlined in our last 2 lectures.
