Introducing....

Tai Chi Made Easy Method

I have been a professional dancer for the past 50 years and started studying Tai Chi 25 years ago with family lineage masters of the Yang style, Master Yang Zhenduo and Grandson Master Jun. I added to my studies to learn how to move my form in connection with the forces of Nature and the Cosmos with Master Mantak Chia. With the influence of these great masters I combine my teaching skills and personal philosophy and insights to created a method that will make your Tai Chi experience both fun and transformative.

Connect and Heal through Movement

You will learn how to disconnect from the noise around you and tune in fully to the NOW. As you let the forces of Nature begin to move through you, you will:

- Move with less effort and strain in your daily life.
- Clear your mind with less thought and more presence and awareness

- Release your body of tension, strain, and injury.
- Move more through your Body's inherent intelligence,

I will be teaching the following Yang Style forms:

  •  4 Directional Short Form
  • 108 Yang Style Long Form ( in 3 parts)

I'm Lily.

Congratulations on giving your mind and your body the best gift today to join our Sunday morning class and start the last day of your weekend in preparation for a new week.

As you may already know that a regular yoga practice can increase flexibility, improve energy, and help you stay protected from future injury.

So, there's no better time to start at 10:30am, prior to our Tai Chi class, with short 30-minute yoga stretches (no yoga mat needed). I guarantee your body and mind will feel 30 minutes happier!

MAKE SURE YOU RSVP NO LATER THAN SATURDAY MIDNIGHT BEFORE COMING TO OUR SUNDAY CLASS
